1. Do you offer international shipping? We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the United States. We do not provide international shipping options at this time but hope to change that in due time. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

2. What is your return policy? We have a 30-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at threadsandflats@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to the following address: 14497 Potomac Mills Rd, #1160, Woodbridge, VA 22192.

3. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or with issues? Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you discover any damages or receive the wrong item, please contact us right away at threadsandflats@gmail.com. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.

4. Can I return sale items or gift cards? Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

5. How can I exchange an item? If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. How will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.

7. What should I do if I haven't received my refund after 15 business days? If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at threadsandflats@gmail.com. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the matter.
